The Hamilton YWCA provides hot mid-day meals Monday to Friday. Mobile meals are delivered into the Hamilton community to those unable to prepare their own meals.
- Freshly cooked each day and delivered hot by volunteer drivers.

The advantage of receiving Mobile Meals is that clients are able to retain their independence and maintain a wholesome, balanced diet while still living in their own homes..
