Yoga is a pathway to achieving physical, mental and spiritual health.  Relaxation and body awareness are included.

SELF DEFENCE SATURDAYS

Thanks to the TOC H Trust, we are able to offer Self Defence for young women aged 10 - 12 years on Saturdays in March and April 2010.

Mothers and older sisters are welcome to participate also.
